Its specially designed FOAM INSULATED AIR TIGHT LID will not be displaced or lost during the strong velocity of wind. This Foam insulation in the LID not only restricts ingress of dirt and insects in the tanks but also helps to keep its stored water further insulated from outer temperature condition.

1ST LAYER (OUTER) – COLOUR GUARD – UV LAYER.
It protects the tank from getting discoloured as well as getting de-shaped/ deformed due to over exposure of harmful Sun & UV rays.
2ND LAYER (MIDDLE) -UV STABILIZED CARBON LAYER.
It provides extra protection to colour as well as to tank which enhance the durability and self long life of the tank.
3RD LAYER (MIDDLE) – HR LAYER – HEAT RESISTANT FOAM INSULATED POLYMER LAYER.
It acts as a shield between the outer and inner layers of the tank and restricts the hot sun rays to come in direct contact with the inner layer which helps to keep its stored water relatively cool in summer & warm in winter season.
4TH LAYER (INNER) – FOOD GRADE (FDA APPROVED), ANTI-MICROBIAL – DE-ODORIZING LAYER (PURE WHITE COLOUR).
This anti-microbial layer restricts the growth of bacteria and keeps water free from moss/ fungus & thus provides Pure – Safe – Hygienic and Odour Free drinking water. The Pure White Colour helps to identify impurities like dirt/insect in the water through naked eye which helps in regular maintenance of the tank.
